Ready Stock Item
- We will ship 1-3 days after payment RECEIVED/CLEAR.
Pre- Order Item
- Shipping from oversea will only be done ONCE a month. All orders are subjected to the batch closing date. Estimated that items will reach us in 3-4 weeks from the CLOSING DATE. Therefore, we will expedite shipment after we receive all the goods.
- We do not encourage fussy buyer to place any pre-order to avoid any misunderstandings later :)

All items sold are not returnable/exchangeable. We only accept exchange on the factory-defect item which is subject to confirmation with us via e-mail. We are not responsible to any defects caused by the delivery services, however we will try our best to minimize the chances of any damage by providing a safe packaging for the products before it shipped.
